Debbie Meacham, Broker and Owner of Meacham Realty and Meacham Development for over 30 years, has a history of experience in the real estate world from land development, to new construction to real estate sales. Debbie has accomplished many real estate projects over the years including residential neighborhoods all over Brown County, from standard lots to higher end estates, and building and selling new homes in these neighborhoods.

Nicole was born and raised in the family business and is following Debbie’s footsteps. From learning side by side with her experienced mother to obtaining her Broker’s license right out of high school to her college degree in Business Administration, she has a solid background in the real estate industry. She has been heavily involved in all aspects of the business from building to real estate sales to land development. Now, overseeing the entire company with partnering by her mother’s side to continue the legacy of the Meacham name.

I'm Annie Kujava, and I grew up in Green Bay, WI. I cherish the time I spend with my three wonderful daughters and my amazing husband, along with our two adorable poodles. I've always had a passion for working with people, which is why I truly love my job. Having the opportunity to be a part of my clients' next big chapter of their life and building meaningful relationships along the way makes my work incredibly fulfilling. With my dedication, hard work and patience, I strive to make the home buying and selling process seamless and stress-free!

I’m Peyton Coughlin from Green Bay, Wisconsin. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and being at the barn with my horses. I take pride in being hardworking and bringing a positive, dedicated mindset to the team!
