Real Estate and Construction Operations Manager

We are a family-owned construction and real estate business looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive individual to become a key part of our team. This role is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to work closely with ownership as a trusted right-hand partner, helping support both business operations and day-to-day priorities.

This position is ideal for someone with a construction and/or real estate background who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being involved in many aspects of a growing business.

Construction Operations

• Work closely with owners on upcoming builds, plans, selections, and project coordination
• Input selections and specifications into JobTread
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and municipalities
• Assist with bids, estimates, and job cost tracking

Real Estate Operations

• Upload and manage property listings in Paragon MLS
• Post and promote open houses in Paragon and on social media platforms
• Attend new construction closings and present builder packet

Executive & Personal Assistant Support

• Booking travel
• Coordinating contractors and vendors for personal matters
• Ordering products and managing household or project needs

• Background in construction and real estate
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities at once
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-starter who anticipates needs and takes initiative
• Professional, trustworthy, and discreet
• Comfortable working closely with ownership in a hands-on environment
• Experience with JobTread, Paragon MLS, BuilderTrend, or similar software is a plus
